Terms & Conditions The Competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents except employees of Kestrel Foods Limited employed during the duration of this promotion (Monday 24th May 2010 – Saturday 31st July 2010), members of their household, their agents and anyone connected to this Promotion. No purchase necessary. The promotion starts on Monday 24th May 2010 and will close on Saturday 31st July 2010 at 12pm. To enter, participants should email their name & address details to supporter@forestfeast.com. Only one entry per email address for the duration of this promotion will be accepted. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted. All valid entries will receive a bounce-back email message within 24 hours as confirmation of entry in to the prize draw. Prize draws will be conducted throughout the promotion and will take place on the following days: Monday 31st May 2010 at 12pm Monday 7th June 2010 at 12pm Monday 14th June 2010 at 12pm Monday 21st June 2010 at 12pm Monday 28th June 2010 at 12pm Monday 5th July 2010 at 12pm Monday 2nd August 2010 (competition closes 31st July at 12pm) The winners will be drawn at random from all valid email entries received between 12.01pm on the Monday of the previous draw and 11.59 am on the day of the draw (except for the first draw taking place on 31st May in which all entries received between 12.01pm on 24th May 2010 and 11.59am on 31st May 2010 will be entered into that draw). There are 50 prizes in total to be won during the promotion period, each consisting of; “a polo shirt, cap, mini football, football stress ball, 'do not disturb' door hanger, mug, whistle, hand clapper, stadium horn, badge & inflatable goal posts along with Real Value snack products all in a branded sports bag”. Each prize is as stated, is non-transferable and no cash alternatives are available. The Promoter is not responsible for any entries that fail to be submitted for any technical reason whatsoever. Entries submitted by any other means (including by post) will be rejected. By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a winner may result in forfeiture of their prize. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or for any technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
